Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel, or vortex, and it refers to each of the seven energy centers of which our consciousness, our energy system, is composed.
These chakras, or energy centers, function as pumps or valves, regulating the flow of energy through our energy system. The functioning of the chakras reflects decisions we make concerning how we choose to respond to conditions in our life. We open and close these valves when we decide what to think, and what to feel, and through which perceptual filter we choose to experience the world around us.

My beautiful, creative, intelligent daughter cries to me not to send her to school because she feels that she has no choice but to do everything they tell her she must whether she wishes to or not, and me, knowing a thing or two about consciousness and the importance of freedom has to grit my teeth and tell her against all my inner knowledge that she must go because that’s the way things are done here….i don’t like the way things are done here!!!

There are places to exsist before being incarnated on earth that are more peaceful, harmonious and loving, who’s to say that a sensitive, anxious person who suffers depression here isnt from one of those places? They are better tuned to their previous reality and possibly agreed to come here to help others become more sesitive to others feelings by sacrificing their own, daily in this harsh reality. It’s also just as easy maybe for a soul to incarnate here from a controling, materialistic and egotistical reality and therefore Earth is like a melting pot of many previous existences, hence why it is such a harsh and at times dangerous environment for the sensitive soul to incarnate into. The choice to do this must indicate a very loving and brave entity therefore how could a person suffering anxiety be seen as anything but courageous and heroic?
